Where to find me in Sonoma County
I’d love to welcome you to one of my public yoga classes happening across Sonoma County. My Classes are more than just movement—they’re an invitation to breathe together, to release what we no longer need, and to reconnect with ourselves and each other.
Practicing in community reminds us that we’re not alone, and that something truly special happens when we come together with intention.
